The Indirect Tax Team at PwC Poland consists of over 100 experienced experts in goods and services tax, customs, excise, and environmental taxes. We implement projects related to, among others, commodity trading, e-invoice implementation, real estate transactions, ESG, and structuring local government investments. We work with domestic and international clients, providing services from 6 PwC offices in Poland (Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, and Gdańsk). We are looking for a Manager to join our team.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your future role:
- Implementation and supervision of advisory projects in the area of VAT.
- Developing relationships with business clients and co-creating a service portfolio.
- Collaboration with PwC teams in Poland and abroad – participation in global initiatives and building an international network of contacts.
- Coordination of team work, mentoring, and development of junior colleagues.
- Collaboration with team managers and deepening your own expertise.
Apply if you:
- Have 5 years of experience in the tax advisory industry/tax department, especially in VAT.
- Possess experience in team management and project coordination.
- Are able to identify problems and actively seek solutions.
- Have a very good command of Polish and English (min. B2).
- Possess experience in project and team management, and in direct client cooperation.
- Are characterized by responsibility, client orientation, commitment, communicativeness, and analytical skills.
- Enjoy challenges, a dynamic environment, and a fast pace of work.
- Demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
Welcome/Preferred:
- Tax advisor or legal counsel license.
